I sent an oil pan to them for them to modify it into their race oil pan. They
straight up told me that it will take a while and expect at least a month
delay. I am completely cool with that. On top of that, Specialty Z will not
even consider collecting any payment from me until the pan is done and
ready to ship to me. That's the way it should be.
Now imagine if I had sent my pan to someone who failed to tell me how
long to expect my product, charged me, and on top of that, not reply to my
emails after the fact that they had charged me. Totally leaving me in the
dark wondering if I would ever see my product or money again. Kinda
fucked up, right?
